Radiance Drip provides IV hydration, vitamin infusions, injectable wellness therapies  and medical weight loss services designed to support energy, immunity, recovery, and improve overall wellness. Services are delivered via a concierge mobile model and overseen by a licensed Nurse Practitioner.

All services are administered by a licensed doctoral prepared Nurse Practitioner or under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner, following evidence-based protocols and individualized assessments.

Yes. All clients are required to complete a medical intake and informed consent prior to treatment. Certain services, including medical weight management and select injectables, require a consultation before approval.

Appointments can be booked online through our secure scheduling system. Once booked, you’ll receive instructions to complete intake forms prior to your visit.

We accept:

• Cash (where applicable)
   

Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

CareCredit may be accepted for qualifying services. Availability may vary and is subject to CareCredit approval.

Clients may choose to use FSA or HSA funds at their discretion. Eligibility is determined by the client’s plan administrator.

• A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) can be provided upon request when clinically appropriate.
   
• Radiance Drip does not guarantee FSA/HSA reimbursement.
   

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the appointment receive a full refund.
   
• Same-day cancellations may forfeit payment unless otherwise approved.
   
• If Radiance Drip must cancel, a full refund will be issued.

Yes. Radiance Drip reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if, upon review of intake forms or in-person assessment, providing services would pose a risk to client safety.

• If treatment is declined after arrival, a refund minus a travel/service fee may apply.
   
• If declined prior to arrival, a full refund is issued.
   

No. Individual results vary based on health status, lifestyle, hydration levels, and other factors. Radiance Drip does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

IV therapy is generally well tolerated when administered appropriately; however, as with any medical service, there are potential risks and side effects. These will be reviewed during the consent process.

No. IV hydration and vitamin therapy are not a replacement for primary care, emergency care, or specialty medical treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Radiance Drip focuses on wellness and supportive therapies. We do not diagnose medical conditions or replace ongoing medical care.

Yes. We offer customized group and corporate wellness events, including hydration and injectable services. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

Clients are encouraged to:

• Eat a light meal
   
• Hydrate prior to treatment
   
• Wear comfortable clothing
   
• Have a clean, safe space for mobile services

• IV infusions typically take 45–90 minutes, depending on the service.
   
• Injections usually take 5–15 minutes.
   

Yes. All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with HIPAA standards and privacy regulations.

Vein accessibility varies by individual. While every reasonable effort is made, IV placement cannot be guaranteed. If IV access cannot be safely established, alternative services (such as injections) may be offered or the appointment may be discontinued per policy.

Possible side effects may include minor bruising, soreness at the injection site, or temporary lightheadedness. Post-care instructions are provided after each service.

Frequency depends on the service, individual goals, and medical history. Personalized recommendations are provided during consultation.

Radiance Drip does not accept insurance. All services are self-pay.

Medical weight loss services are available by consultation only and require medical screening, ongoing monitoring, and provider approval.

Yes. All services are provided by a licensed Nurse Practitioner operating within scope of practice and applicable state regulations.

Some clients feel benefits right away, while others notice improvements over the next 24–72 hours. Individual results vary.
